Care Square is delighted to collaborate with residents of London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge, Tower Hamlet and Newham to deliver supported living for the people in need.
Mental Health
We understand that suitable housing with the right support is an essential part of overcoming mental health challenges. Our range of mental health support services include: supported housing, respite support in residential homes, community support and floating support.
Learning disabilities
Many people with learning disabilities aspire to live in their own homes. With the right support, this aspiration can become a reality.
Care Square’s supported accommodation services are designed to enable you, if you have mental health needs, to progress in your personal recovery journey and prepare to move on to living independently or with reduced support.
ACCESSING SUPPORT
To access supported accommodation, individuals generally need to be referred by their Local Authority Social Work Team or local Community Mental Health Team
WE CAN HELP YOU TO:
Manage medication and engage with mental health treatment programmes.
Establish and successfully maintain a tenancy.
Develop or regain independent living skills e.g. cooking, shopping and household tasks.
Identify and apply for suitable move-on accommodation.
Build motivation, confidence and self-esteem.
Manage personal finances including claiming benefits, budget planning, paying bills and developing money management skills.
Access education, training, volunteering or employment.
Live a full and active life in the local community.
OUR SERVICES
Services for people experiencing mental health difficulties
Care Square offers a full range of services for people experiencing mental health difficulties from 24 hour supported accommodation to support promoting recovery in the community.
Recovery Works Programme
By employing a co-ordinated approach – working in close collaboration with local authorities, clinical teams, community mental health groups together with the family and friends of the customer wherever possible we deliver personalised.
Housing with mental health support
Our mental health supported living services are alternatives to continued residential and institutional placements. Supporting independence while providing a safe and protected environment.
Community care & Mental Health First Aid Programme
Our mental health community care support services enable customers to live independently in their own accommodation but with minimal formal support. The level of care and support, gradually decreases as customers ‘find their feet.

People may come into contact with us for a range of reasons, for example via the criminal justice system, by referring themselves or because they are in a secure unit. We focus first on the individual as a whole person with a range of circumstances and needs.
